MARCH
Saturday, March 7
— Retro Dance to benefit “Heaven Can Wait” at Paper Moon Home and Garden in Paso Robles, 7:30- 11 p.m. at 999 Paso Robles St. Get out the fedoras, the wide shouldered jackets, the poodle skirts, the pageboys and nylons with seams up the back; unleash your inner film noir self for the Retro Dance. Wines and food samplings will be available. Raffle, door prize, and a special surprise musical guest. $20 per person. Come, have fun, dance, sing, sip, taste and let your enjoyment help the horses and donkeys at the Sanctuary.
Monday, March 9 – Valley Heritage Quilt Guild. If you love to quilt or want to quilt, come to the monthly evening meeting at King City Bible Church on Jolon Road in King City. Social gathering at 6:30, meeting starts at 7. For more information call the membership chair, Fleta Andrade at 831-385-5641.
Friday, March 20- Sunday, March 22 – It’s all zinfandel in Paso Robles as dozens of wineries focus on zin over the weekend with fantastic events and tastings. Check it out at www.pasorobleschamber.com
Saturday,March 28 – Valley Bears Golf tournament at the King City golf course. Proceeds benefit the high school scholarship fund. For more information call Perry at the King City golf course, 831-385-4546.

APRIL
Friday, April 3
– Salad bar luncheon and fashion show at the IOOF hall in King City, noon, sponsored by the Southern Monterey County Republican Women.
Saturday, April 4 – Mission Days at San Antonio Mission, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. A journey into the 1800s in the scenic setting of the mission. All kinds of activities all day and wonderful food. $10 per vehicle admission. Be sure to have your ID, insurance and registration with you to enter Ft. Hunter Liggett.
Sunday, April 5 – Flea Market sponsored by the King City Rotary Club at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds. Great bargains. Gates open at 7 a.m.

Paso Robles Co-Op Preschool presents this family fun day featuring a concert from Secret Agent 32 Skidoo, Local Children’s book author, Carnival with Bounce Houses, Vendor Booths, Food and Drink. $5 Admission.
